of the Reliametrics tools, the Customer Engineering team will
respond within 2 hours during the working day. If you need help
after 5 pm ET weekends or during US holidays, a representative
from the group will return your call by 9 am ET on the first
work day.
We track and monitor all calls to assure
customer satisfaction. Your comments and feedback are appreciated
to help us continually improve our service.
