What We Do

Reliametrics pursues its Mission by working with Portfolio Management Teams (PMT) to define product reliability standards and best practices and supporting Integrated Project Teams (IPT) by:

  • Providing expert consultation, project management, training, and support for software development and implementation.

  • Adhering to recognized standards and developing and applying state-of-the-art software risk assessment and defect prediction methodologies

  • Working with Nortel customers to combine and leverage compatible strengths and extend software reliability to Internet and electronic commerce initiatives

  • Advocating the value and benefits of making software reliability a priority, as well as leading and supporting efforts aimed at improving process, procedures, and practices

  • Providing a comprehensive center of knowledge, information, news, consultation, idea exchange, and interactive support
